Mission Statement:
To provide a positive gaming enviroment for the members, and for everyone they come into contact with.
How was GC™ started and by who?
The Gaming Community™ was created by GC Blademasta and GC Beat Dawg74 with one goal in mind. That is to provide gamers from all walks of life a "positive gaming experience" ~ a discriminational, racial, sexually free gaming experience where all members are encourage to be who they are respectablly! The creators of this wonderful community never imagined that "The Gaming Community" would ever achieve the goals and rewards that it has received. GC Beat Dawg74 aka GC CREATOR runs the online aspect of the community while GC Blademasta manages and maintains the website aspect.
Who runs GC™?
The Gaming Community™ is not just ran by the Creators and Co-Creator, but by ever member of The Gaming Community™! All members are asked to report all feedback and information up the ranks which eventually reaches each division founders where they bring up these ideas and concerns at the weekly founders meeting. The founders meeting is a meeting between the creators, co-creators, admin members, founder, co-founders, and all board members to discuss whats going on in GC™ and what we should do to improve our already vastly growing community.
What information can you provide about The Gaming Community™ website?
The website is designed to entertain our members and all gamers. We organize friendly clan battles in Halo 3 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and record them whenever possible. Our Media Team works diligently to get these videos, and many others, on to youtube and other sites to be viewed by the players, and other gamers worldwide.
Our community is ever expanding. As we have grown, we have added numerous features onto the website, in an effort to keep everyone connected and entertained. From user profiles and open forums to live chat and private messaging! We strive to provide the Gaming Community™ with the latest and up-to-date methods of online communication and news. We have over 1600 registered members!
We are hosting numerous tournaments some are free and have really good prizes. Some in the near future will have a small entry fee but with some really great prizes! We give out random micrsoft points throughout the year for active members.
We also accept and appreciate any and all donations that we receive.
In addition we would like to thank everyone involved with The Gaming Community™ -- without you none of this would be possible.
