Here are the basic guidelines that MUST be followed for recruiting.

• Recruiting is easy. Just have fun! If you are out in matchmaking having fun, other players will see you and want to join. Get to know your potential recruits. We recruit based on character, not skill. While we appreciate and enjoy having skilled players on our team, character is most important. We have implemented an age requirement in GC of 16 and older.   

• ALL NEW RECRUITS MUST:

1.  Have a mic.    

2.  Get into uniform.

3.  Register on gcmatches.com within seven days of joining.

4.  Have motto set.

5.  Send a friend request to the proper silver tag.

6.  Be read the Code of Conduct.

7.  Include who recruited them into their bio.

• Failure to follow these recruitment guidelines will result in unqualified recruits.

• If you need help or have any questions, please see one of your Officers.    

• If there are any questions on whether someone should or should not be recruited, please see a Founder or Creator beforehand (this includes Co-s).  They  can do background checks on any potential recruits, to see who they have been playing with in the past.  This may help with the determination of whether that should or should not be recruited.
